My since came to me to see if I could help her restore ipod that she got for Christmas last year. You see most of the family knows that I went to school for computers fifteen years ago but I haven’t really touched one in a technical way since so I feel uncomfortable telling them that I can fix their issues. Especially if they have Apple products. I have never touched and Apple computer and wouldn’t know where to start.
